Instructions
- Mix the flour, baking powder and yoghurt together in a bowl until a rough dough starts to form.
- Once the dough has just come together, turn over onto a flour dusted tabletop and start to knead.
- Keep kneading the dough until light and fluffy.
- Split dough into quarters, and then split again so we have 8 dough balls.
- Slowly start to flatten the dough, either with your hands or with a rolling pin. We want to roll them out till they're a couple mm to half a centimetre thickness. These flatbreads will rise with air pockets when cooking.
- Grab a grill pan and heat up. Once hot gently place a couple of the flatbreads onto the pan.
- Cook for a couple minutes, about 2-3 minutes, or until you see the bottom start to brown and get grill marks. Flip and cook for a further two minutes on the other side.
Recipe Notes
Serve with some garlic butter, or use as a base for some flatbread bruschetta or pizzas.
